Partner Plan Terms & Conditions

Downtown Notary Partner Plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract required. Membership may be canceled at any time by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

• Monthly fees are non-refundable and are not prorated for partial months, early cancellation, or unused services.

• Included notarizations, mobile visits, and membership benefits reset on the first day of each month and do not roll over or accumulate.

• Cancellation requests submitted after a monthly payment has been processed will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Downtown Notary reserves the right to modify pricing, services, or membership benefits with at least 30 days' notice.

• Priority scheduling and same-day/after-hours accommodations are provided based on availability and are not guaranteed.

• Membership benefits are intended for the enrolled business or organization only and may not be transferred or shared with third parties.

• Downtown Notary reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for non-payment, misuse of services, or conduct that interferes with business operations.
