• A valid, government-issued photo ID (current and unexpired)
• The document(s) to be notarized (completed, but not signed)
• All required signers present with identification
• Payment (based on your selected service)
• Witnesses, if your document requires them
• Any supporting or referenced documents

• Certify copies of documents as true copies or originals
• Issue Apostilles (these are obtained through the Ohio Secretary of State)
• Provide title, escrow, or settlement services
• Conduct real estate closings
• Serve as a Loan Signing Agent (LSA)
• Recommend which notarial certificate a signer should use
• Notarize incomplete documents
• Notarize documents without the signer present
• Notarize documents when identification requirements are not met
